It can not be done as one move.
Carve/filet is TWO actions. One basically vertical or diagonal. The other horizontal.
There is only ONE MOVE in these two hitters....
....because the barrel is turned REARWARD....all in....into a REARWARD ARC....

To carve/filet....the hands have to do TWO DIFFERENT THINGS....which is....TWO MOVES.
