If you can't execute what you believe you see in slow motion.....at full speed....AND MATCH HIGH LEVEL VIDEO....your observation is wrong.
The suggestion that the hands move forward, as shown in the connection clip, is dead wrong.
It is impossible to hit good pitching with that move leading your swing.
A rearl but incorrect observation....from studying slow motion video....causes this analyst to hallucinate about what is actually possible against top pitching.
His theory about the barrel staying up isn't wrong. But him showing that hand path taking place BEFORE launch....is completely wrong.
Be careful who you listen to.
