This clip confuses many. Cabrera 'turns the barrel'. Colabello does not.

Cabrera UPTICKS. Colabello does not.

Everyone keeps asking HOW.....because they don't. They do the Colabello....not the Cabrera.

I mean....c'mon. How hard is it to 'turn a barrel'?

They can't figure out how to do it....because that is not their goal. As long as it is not your goal....you won't do it.

It IS Cabrera's goal. It IS NOT Colabello's goal.

They send two different signals to their body.

Those who struggle with it....their goal is to do what they currently do....rotate the hips....or do the move....or push the barrel....or take a long stride....or rotate their humerus....or maintain their box....or whatever their swing thought/concept is....and THEN turn the barrel WITH what they already do. They try to ADD a barrel turn to their existing swing.

When you finally decide to TURN THE BARREL....when you make turning the barrel your goal....you won't ask how....you'll just do it.

Then you'll ask yourself....what was so hard about that?

You see....the dirty little secret is.....(and few will acknowledge....including every schill at dfp and bbd)....the barrel is swung about the hands....not the body.

It is OBVIOUS to those who swing to duplicate....
