You see....you have to set traps in this internet hitting discussion. Because honesty is rare. I hope your antennae heard the 'look at the pitch location difference' comments about my analysis.
Traps are a necessary evil. Honesty requires it.
Well....you see....most....including the wannabe....can't see stuff unless it is extreme. So....I offered an extreme. I offered a very good VISUAL of the problem and why Colabello remains a AAAA player. The pitch location difference SHOWED just how glaring the problem is.
Now that you can see the improper weight shift that led to the destructive arm action....or....wait a minute....maybe I should say....now that you can see the destructive arm action....that he's been taught....and how that leads to a HUGE corner bleed and an improper early weight shift.....NOW....lets look at similar pitch locations.
I'll be damned....the same thing exists. Same low level amateur arm action. But wow....it's much harder to see. You've got to feel it. What is undeniable though....is the improper weight shift. You can see that. It is glaringly obvious. And....if you know anything about hitting....
YOU CAN NOT SHIFT WEIGHT AS HE DOES AND NOT NEED THE ARMS.
And he definitely needs them.
To the members here at HI.com.....you remember....his admission....that the players he taught that arm action to....DID NOT HAVE A CORNER.
HE ADMITTED THAT.
Yet.....he ran with it.
He ran with his nonsense.
Not one he has worked with has a corner.
Which means NOT ONE can whip.
Which means NOT ONE can be sudden enough to deal with high level pitching.
Which explains the .194
It has to fail.
It is failing.
It will continue to fail.
Who else will volunteer...sacrifice their career....to be a guinea pig for the wannabe?
How many revisions of an ebook will he sell to YOU....before you get the picture?
Remember his comment.....this day will live in baseball infamy? LMMFAO.
