....is his swing instruction is junk....and that Torres was not doing what he teaches....and that he has made a fool of himself....and sending out more garbage DVD's gives even him a sick feeling.
Therefore....he ignores emails.....as he tries to find words to spin out of the trap he's in.

Even if you dont send an email, just refund their monies. or how about "WEBSITE ORDERING TEMPORARILY DOWN, ALL REFUNDS HAVE BEEN ISSUED." No matter what the problem is (personal or whatever), there is no excuse for not communicating with your buyers in a timely and satisfactory manner...... Unless Chris is in jail.
