The 'Roll the Hands' discussion at dfp, seemingly agreed to by most all the posters, has just ruined another group of girl hitters.

Isn't free speech wonderful? Anyone who listens to NoSwing gets what they deserve.

It is shameful.

Remember....the real reason why they don't show their work....is because they have either no work....or no quality work.

Not one person there understands when the swing is over. Not until you understand what the engine is, when the engine fires, how the engine fires, when the engine ends, and what happens after the engine is finished....can you properly analyze video.

Notice EVERY example of the top hand rolling near contact....happens on a pitch being hit out front. It happens. Pitchers work to upset hitters timing. Pitch location causes it at times. But it is not something they do.

Not only is it a no teach....teaching it is high destructive. It is the death penalty.

Why does someone like The Quack Doctor....Yeager....teach it? Because his hitters suffer a SEVERE power outage....and have NOTHING into contact if they don't use their hands in the roll fashion.

The following is absolute fact.

TURNING THE BARREL....AND....TOP HAND ROLLING INTO OR AT OR THROUGH CONTACT....ARE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE.

And the moron called FiveFrameNoSwing....the guy who relentlessly invokes the Hanson Rule on others....the guy who has never created a high level match....while invoking the Hanson Rule....teaches BOTH....barrel turn and roll over.

If you teach top hand rolling....you absolutely can not turn the barrel. Turning the barrel is an instantaneous 'all in' action. Over. Done. As quickly as attempted. ANYTHING you see the hands doing after that.....THE BARREL...it's speed and direction....IS DOING IT TO THE HANDS. THE BARREL....IS CAUSING....THE HAND ACTION SEEN.

If you are attempting to create the visual with your hands.....you will fail miserably.
