What the girl on the left and right is doing is not even close to what the pro is doing.
Two COMPLETELY different movement patterns.
The pro gets stretched. Whips.
The girl freewheels, bleeds the corner. Pushes.
Pro overlaps.
Girl is all back all forward.
NOTHING from her leg/hip reaches/turns her barrel. Therefore she must push the barrel forward.
Pro swings with his back. Girl swings with her chest.
Clear as day to truth seekers.

Neither kid with a white shirt get any stretch around the rear hip/leg.

Therefore they push the barrel forward.
What is "all back all forward"? All back is when you have completed the Rock the U early - before the bottom half moves out - and the hands get carried FORWARD with the bottom half excessively
