Welcome to HittingIllustrated.com. A Parent's one stop "hitting consultant" web site. This site is dedicated to the Mom's and Dad's that become their
son or daughter's hitting coach. Whether you like it or not, that is another hat Mom or Dad must wear. There is no question that you
and your child care more about their improvement than anyone else. There is also no question that you will witness almost every at bat they take and most
all of their practice swings. You are the necessary eyes that guide their improvement. This site is designed to help you learn proper hitting mechanics
so that you can get your child on track for hitting success. Hitting instruction is readily offered at training facilities around the country. But, how
often does the hitting instructor go to the game and witness your child's at bats? How often does the instructor see video of their swings? I suggest seldom if ever.
It would be cost prohibitive for the instructor to do so. Yet, that feedback is essential. The obvious person to fill this role is you......Mom or Dad.
Use Other's Experience
As a parent that has been through the process of helping two son's learn to hit, there are many forks in the road. Decisions on which fork to take
happen frequently. I'm not claiming to be a hitting guru. I'm claiming that the experience of others can be put to good use by you as you navigate through
the different hitting philosophies. The information here is offered as a helpful guide for you to follow in your hitting journey. Think of us as your hitting consultant.

The Role of The Forum
We do encourage you to subscribe to the forum so that you can post clips of your son or daughter. By subscribing you get web space enabling you to post clips of their swing. This gives us the ability to analyze the swing and offer quality advice that will help them develop a high level swing.
The forum is only $25 for an annual membership. However, each registered user is given a 30 day free trial. This is a chance for you to look it over, get to know us, and watch others interact as they give and receive hitting advice.
